Possession Types

As I posted the Body Swap types, now it's time to explain the Possession.

Possession is classified in two ways: Intent and Control.

"Intent" is refered to the intention of the possessor (the one who posses) about possessing someone. It can be classified as (A) "with intention" and (B) "without intention".

In (A), the possessor wanted to posses the body, and did it at his will. In (B), the possessor was forced into someone, possessing she/he without intention of that.

"Control" is refered to the control level over the possessed body. If the possessor control the body, it's called (1) "take over". If both alternately control the body, it's called (2) "pendulum possession". If the possessor is in the body but cannot control it (but still feel it), it's called (3) "guest possession".

There are other "control" type called (4) "steal" were the possessor take the body, expelling the original soul of that. This last type is very unusual, used only by devilish creatures.
